Your first appointment will consist of a comprehensive new patient exam, digital x-rays, and a review of your dental and medical history. During this appointment, Dr. Tran will take time to personally address any oral health or aesthetic concerns you may have, and discuss your personalized treatment plan.Your first dental cleaning with us will typically be completed during your follow-up appointment.

Before beginning your recommended treatment, you will be fully informed about how the plan will meet your oral health goals, why Dr. Tran recommends this treatment, estimated fees, and payment options. We care about your long-term satisfaction. At Mangrove Bay Dentistry, we believe our patients deserve the best personalized dental care.

Scheduling Your Appointment

We know you have many options when choosing a dentist in Tampa, FL so we've made it quick and easy to request an appointment right from our website.

You can also schedule an appointment over the phone by calling our office (813) 544-6778 during our business hours (Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm). Dr. Tran is also available to address late evening dental emergencies by appointment only. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office as soon as possible to arrange your appointment.

At Mangrove Bay Dentistry, we make it a priority to set aside enough time for your appointment to get to know you and address any concerns you may have. If, for any reason, you may be late to your scheduled appointment, please call and let us know as soon as possible. We ask that if you do need to cancel an appointment that you call us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time in order to avoid a broken/missed appointment fee.

We understand you have a busy schedule, so please keep in mind when preparing to visit our office that your appointment may last 45 to 90 minutes.

Financial Information

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Any treatment costs will be discussed with you prior to starting any procedures. We promise to fully inform you and discuss all your treatment options, including comparative costs, so you can make an informed decision that is right for you.

Affordable Payment Options

At Mangrove Bay Dentistry, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive quality dental care when you need it. Our practice accepts checks, cash, most major credit cards, and offers flexible payment plans.

Our office staff are always available to help you with insurance claims, paperwork, and any questions you may have about your coverage. We are happy to work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets both your needs, and your budget. We do accept most PPO insurances, but not all, and are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

If you would like to apply for financing, our staff would be happy to assist you with the CareCredit process. CareCredit zero percent financing is subject to approval, and is based on your credit history. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
